The Bridgewater Inn's Japanese Steakhouse

Where each dinner is prepared at your Teppanyaki Table in the finest of Japanese tradition, by your Chef.

Your dinner includes:  Japanese clear soup, Habachi shrimp appetizer, Japanese Salad with our home made Ginger Dressing, Steamed white rice, Japanese Tea and Fresh oriental vegetables.

Your dinner choices can include:  Filet Mignon, Hibachi Chicken, Bonsai Scallops, Lobster and much, much more...

Japanese Teppanyaki Dinners only available in the Japanese Steakhouse.

Limited Seating Available:  Reservation Required.  Will accept parties of no less than 4 to no more than 10.

In our Main Dining Room, we offer American and Japanese appetizers. We make our own linguini and fettuccini for our fresh Italian pasta dishes. We also have gourmet brick oven pizza's, the finest flame grilled steaks, the freshest seafood, our famous ribs, great chicken dishes, and so much more...

The Bridgewater Inn is now pleased to offer a variety of on and off site banquet services. We offer something to fit every budget and occasion. Contact Soon-Jin to start planning that perfect event.

The Sun Room can be reserved for private or business functions up to 120 people.

Serving Dinner at....                                                                                                                                           Summer Hours:  (starting May 31st,2010) Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday open 4:30. Saturday & Sunday open 9:00am.  On Sat & Sun we offer Brunch from 9am to 12pm.   ((Closed Tuesdays.))
Winter Hours:  (starting Sept 14th, 2009) Wednesday thru Friday 4:30 pm, Saturday & Sunday 11:30am ((Closed Monday & Tuesday.))

From The Field: New York Strip Steak, Filet Mignon, Steak Oscar, Chicken Oscar, Chicken Marsala, Jack Daniels Tenderloin Tips,Teriyaki Stir Fry with Steak or Chicken, Full & 1/2 Racks of Baby Back Ribs.

*Steak Gorgonzola:  Our New York Strip Steak kicked up a notch with applewood smoked bacon, diced roma tomatoes and melted gorgonzola cheese.

From The Sea: Tempura Fried Shrimp, Salmon Oscar, Swordfish Bruschetta, Seafood Sampler (w/scallops, haddock, shrimp & lobster), Cajun Swordfish, Baked Stuffed Haddock, Broiled Haddock, Salmon or Scallops, Baked Stuffed Shrimp, Fisherman's Platter (w/ haddock, shrimp & scallops).

*Cajun Salmon: A sensational Asia-American fusion, fresh salmon fillet Cajun seasoned and pan-seared, served over fresh baby greens and topped with a sweet Thai chili sauce, tomatoes and scallions.

Our Linguini and Fettuccini is Homemade:  Broccoli & Chicken Alfredo, Chicken Parmigiana, Scampi with Shrimp or Scallops, Calamari Fra-Diavolo.  We also offer Ravioli Primavera with fresh garden vegetables.

*Seafood Alfredo:  Fresh Maine Lobster, large shrimp and sea scallops, tossed with homemade fettuccini and creamy alfredo sauce.
